Guest guest
Hello all, First of all I want to thank everyone for answering my questions and sending me email of great info! You guys rock! I looked at a great web site for the goat milk, I just have a few questions. Do I use the goat milk with the custom probiotics???? Or does the goat milk have enough probiotics I don't need to supplement w/addtional probiotics? Are the custom probiotics just for those whose cannot tolerate cow milk/goat milk? Does making the goat yogurt (24hr fermentation) Kill any of the natural digestive enzymes in the goat milk? I have not ordered anything yet but would like to soon. Thanks a bunch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sandy P.S. I think my daughter definately has a problem w/cow milk. She doesn't experience any diahhrea (never has) But she becomes hyperactive and has brain fog. Thanks again! Guest guest
" Do I use the goat milk with the custom probiotics???? " You use the yogurt starter from CP to make the 24-hour homemade yogurt. http://www.pecanbread.com/goatyogurt.html If you eat yogurt, you do not have to take the acidophilus, but some people do both. Guest guest
Hi Sandy, To make yogurt, you have to bring the milk up to 180 degrees F....... so I don't know if natural enzymes in the milk would survive that, but I do know that the yogurt, after it's all done with the 24 hr fermentation, does have enzymes in it. Whether they come from the fermentation process, the bacterial flora or what, I'm not sure.
