Guest guest
For the bleeding I would go to another OB/GYN!!!!!! It sounds like you need progesterone and now you are running the risk of becoming anemic. Guest guest
Hello Tina If you've been taking your Armour all at one time, was your test done within several hrs after your dose? It is definitely better to take your Armour in split doses throughout the day, though the pckg insert says something entirely different. T3 is direct and short acting, and a healthy thyroid puts out thyroid hormone all day and all night. You want to mimmick this pattern. Taking the Armour all at once, then testing not long after, will make the T3 seem too high, though your body hasn't even used it up yet. Too many doctors just don't understand this, and this is probably why they thought you needed to back off. What were your blood levels of Free T3 and Free T4? This is the most important two tests you can have, to know how much thyroid hormone is available for your body to use at any given point. The TSH is the pituitary hormone to stimulate the thyroid, but the levels of this aren't accurate, once a person is taking thyroid hormone. I'm very certain that the bleeding is from extreme progesterone loss (which affects thyroid hormone, as it is an adrenal substance also) and low thyroid. You need your 3 grains again, if this is when the bleeding started, with lowering it. here is my question > > > last 3 months i have been fighting with my doctor about my blood work > and what level I should be at my tsh is .62 a week ago but here is > the thing. for over 3 months I have been bleeding I mean everyday no > letting up blood count is at 22 or as you call it hct is 22. had me go > to a OBGYN for alot of test and the only thing is they put me on is a > very low dose of provera 10 mg 2 times a day havent done any thing for > me been on them 2 weeks now Im on 1.75 of armor was at 3 grains was > told to back off was getting to much. notttt. > my lvl when the test was done was a 3 g pill aday with all the > bleeding did I need to go up and not down on my lvl cant do much of > anything again. any help would be nice anyone could tell me what I > need to try next > tina
