?CC, need advice before pain clinic appointment

Hi and Happy New Year to all!!

I'm finally getting ready to go to a 'free' pain clinic at the county

hospital on 1/9 02. I've been waiting for 3 months and am just about

done getting all my records together for the visit.

I do have a question for you all though. Since last spring, I've had

this rash come and go several times. Three different docs have seen

it, and none could (or would) tell me anything about it. It is

circular and has occurred only on my thighs and back. I finally had

my best buddy look at it (she's an RN) and she said that it looked to

her like an autoimmune rash.

Well, I looked up my rash on a very neat dermatology site and for all

intents and purposes, it looks like a form of lupus....

Have any of you all ever experienced this type of thing? The rash

does not itch at all, so sometimes they're growing and I don't

notice... Once they arrive, they hang around for months....

Any input would be most greatfully received.
