You will probably get a range of opinions on this question, Sandy, but with

what you are already taking, and assuming you have a healthy diet to

properly enhance the immune system, the next supplement I would add is

essential fatty acid. I take Johanna Budwig's flaxseed oil/cottage cheese

formula as well as Dr. n Whitaker's EPA/GLA capsules.

Hi Sandy! Geoff here.

You asked:

" my question: I have enough $ to add one more supplement and I have read

about so many with this group. what should I add? colostrum? my big issue

now is fatigue, not sleeping well but I have to k eep working. "

Don't add any. Concentrate instead on sleeping as warm as you can stand it, in

total darkness, preferably for a full 9 hours (not 8 -- humans have 3 hr sleep

cycles, 9 is optimum), drinking lots and lots and lots of clean and filtered

water and avoiding stimulants. Pigeon-hole that extra money for a rainy day,

more medical aid or a vacation.

I would likewise advocate oils. If I had the choice of one, I personally

would opt for fish oil, because of the known heart benefits, which is

usually a SD concern. If you can handle it, then definitely do both - fish

and flax.

Dear Sandy,

I am a fellow SDer and can tell you what I take. That said, I would still

follow Ethel's advice. Knowing you can have only one is a really, really big

decision. I am not sure I could choose between three of them as they have been

so integral I think in my return to health.

First, I have taken colostrum for probably three years now and do believe

this has boosted my immune system immeasureably.

Secondly, I take MoleCure Aloe Vera capsules which are very strong

pharmacudical ( yes, I know I mispelled that but not sure how) grade and which I

believe is responsible for the great return to health of my intestinal track.

Thirdly, for these years, I have absolutely not missed my Fish Oil

supplements. There has been so much written about the efficacy of fish oil that

I won't repeat that here. You probably already know.

I just wish you the very best. I wake up every morning and just cannot

believe my fortune. I don't know if I will stay this healthy forever -well, who

does, for that matter, but you know what I mean I think. I just know I never

want to forget where I was and how far I have come.

One thing with sleep, I do take coral calcium and magnesium along with

melatonin at night. I believe this also helps with that elusive sleep. Again,

best of luck to you.
