I have been making my scd yogurt with 2% cows milk and buying the

yogurt starter from Lucys Kitchen. My question is that if I switch

to using goats milk, can I still use the same yogurt starter or do I

need a goats yogurt starter?

Why are you switching to goat's milk?

Are you not tolerating the cow's milk yogurt?

Are you having an allergic reaction to the cow's milk?

Yes, you can use the same yogurt starter. I have used the brand

that Lucy sells (Lyosan) for making 2% cows milk, whole milk and

goats milk. They all came out great.
