Guest guest
I have been making my scd yogurt with 2% cows milk and buying the yogurt starter from Lucys Kitchen. My question is that if I switch to using goats milk, can I still use the same yogurt starter or do I need a goats yogurt starter?

" Why are you switching to goat's milk? Are you not tolerating the cow's milk yogurt? Are you having an allergic reaction to the cow's milk? I have used the brand that Lucy sells (Lyosan) for making 2% cows milk, whole milk and goats milk. They all came out great.
