I don't know the name of the place, but in TJ and accross the border there it is a big pharmacia that is owned by the same person. You will know it. It. It is big and lots of people. You just go in and buy. Going back accross the border can be an issue, so get bottles of 100, maybe 6 if you can afford, put all the pills in 3 bottles.
