I stayed at the Zanzibar. I'll see if I can pull out some pictures and send them your way. It was awesome, close enough to Cancun if you wanted to go shopping or night life, but far away to have the sensation of being completely isolated from all the bad stuff. Snorkeling was just a few minutes boat ride from the beach the hotel was on. There are some places in Thailand or India I would love to see - never got a chance to visit them, there's also the Blue Lagoon Hotel in Bora Bora, with bungalows over the water. The center of each bungalow has a glass table that lets you see through the floor and enjoy the fish swimming under your room. You can jump straight into the water from the room. And it's all beautiful blue and gorgeous, but I only saw it on pictures and videos. It's my dream to go there one day. It was great traveling when I worked at Leading Hotels of the World, but it was awful not to be able to go to all the places I knew about. But then, I'm happy I got that chance.
