Guest guest
Being tired is perfectly normal...at my one week check up, I told my dr. and he said it was normal, because first your body is recovering from surgery and second your body is basically on a starvation mode... I started taking B-12 sublinguals at about 3 weeks out and starting feeling back to my old self about then, but it is different for everyone...nap when you need to, rest when you need to, and keep walking and drinking fluids, that will help you recover faster... hannah > I ame home yesterday just before the football game. Guest guest
Pobra cita! That's a rough translation for " poor baby. " I hope your family is babying you; you deserve it. Now, I know from past experience with you, Miss Lynne, that you have a tendency to overdo things. So, when you start to feel a teeny bit better, don't think you have to run around to meets & other activities. Agreed? Agreed. Guest guest
Lynne, I totally agree with Rose...No coaching!....at least not yet. Please give yourself enough time to heal. Take care and don't rush things, sweetie, or you'll probably have another flare. gentle hugs S.Rose wrote: Coaching?!? Coaching????????? I'm speechless.
