This past week being sick--i would hit temperature points where i would lie perfectly still and feel the water--sweat--pooling in seconds...i had to keep towels on hand to mop down every 30 seconds or so.weirdly i had more time spent 97-98º as i did over 99º. My normal is about 98.2º.When i was in the ER the RN took my temp twice thinknig it messed up the 1st time, cuz it said 97.6º and sweat was pouring off of me and i was hot to the touch.weird.

That sound wonderful. I just wish I could find a happy medium--I'm either freezing or sweating. We have the flannel sheets and heavier comforter on, and the fire blazing, but even though the temp in the house is warm, the cold seems to be in my bones. Except in the middle of the night when I wake up sweating and kick all the covers off or go to the living room and read for awhile.

i'm operating at about 65% of my normal capacaty. which, after sleeping for three days straight , is sort o f like 100%, so i am being careful to remind mysefl its not!! LOL!

it started as a virus, caused an ear infection and the two together kicked my ass! not to mention I started my period yesterday, so between cramps, "period IBS", and antibiotic induced diarhea i am not doing stellar in the bathroom arena.

and i olny lost 6 pounds!!! i guess that mneans i don't retain too much water, but still.....would've been nice to have something to show for not eating for a week!!!!!!!!!!!
