you may have posted on it...but i had it on my mind..and started the new

topic...cause I think we need to be clear on this thing...and be able to tell

docs

why they are wrong. :)

October renewal was pretty good. The best thing for me was spending LOTS of

time outside and getting to know our woods. That may sound funny to

some...but we moved out here to the country about 2 1/2 years ago...and I've

never been

well enough to hike my 5 acres of woods. So in October I got acquainted with

the trees and stumps and deer trails and ferns and clearings in my woods.

I now know where the deer trails are now and where they probably lay down and

rest during the day but I'm still looking for my raccoons' beds. I found the

cardinals homes in the hollies. All and all...it was great for me....feeling

well enough to journey in my little part of nature. I watched the colors of

the trees every day and watched the leaves fall. I wrote down my spring

landscaping and gardening projects.

Yep...I got renewed...and got back a part of me that hypo had tried to take

away. Thanks for asking. :)

I know...I think I'm gonna get a blood draw thru healthcheck in the next few

weeks...and then see how that looks to ME...and decide how to proceed.

glad someone understands about " knowing ones woods " . believe me...i was

skipping down the deer trails...and when I'm traisping around out there i take

frequent breaks to just catch my breath...but the fresh air is great and the

solitude is divine and it sure gets my mind off my troubles.

, now I am jealous! I grew up playing in the woods, so I understand your

desire to know them very well. I am not that well yet. But then I got really far

down the sick road before I wised up. I would love to go on a nature hike, even

a short one around my yard and back by the river that is close to my house, and

see up close the pond where the geese winter over, but for now I watch them

through the window in my LR.
