Guest guest
I'm about to start my 6yo and 3yo on the SCD. They both need the dairy free version, and I'm concerned about calcium levels. The little one can't tolerate nuts or sesame. Can anyone advise me about supplements? Emma

There is also a capsule from Kirkman that is legal. Calcium Bio-Max with Vitamin D. The powder lasts a long time and there is 1000mg in a half tsp. Guest guest
-We get the legal calcium powder from Kirkmans. You can out it in juice or you can put it in the SCD pancake batter (thats what we do!) Good luck! -- In pecanbread , Emma <eb.roberts@n...> wrote: > I'm about to start my 6yo and 3yo on the SCD.
