I'm about to start my 6yo and 3yo on the SCD. They both need the dairy

free version, and I'm concerned about calcium levels. The little one

can't tolerate nuts or sesame. Can anyone advise me about supplements?

Kirkman's hypoallergenic calcium powder. Inoffensive taste. Can be put in

food. Stable in heat.

I use Kirkman's Calcium Powder with Vitamin D that is unflavored. There is

also a capsule from Kirkman that is legal.

Calcium Bio-Max with Vitamin D. The powder lasts a long time and there is

1000mg in a half tsp. (we are dairy free also)

-We get the legal calcium powder from Kirkmans. You can out it in

juice or you can put it in the SCD pancake batter (thats what we do!)

Good luck!
