Usually it is a 24 -72 hours time frame...at least in the areas where I've sold homes. Call your agent. Hugs, Jane > I got a bid on my house that I;ve been trying to sell yesterday. Some of the things they wanted me to do were unreasonable, so I countered their offer, but did agree to pay the exorbitant closing costs. My worry is--I haven't heard anything back. I am desperate to sell this house, since I'm having to work overtime to pay for it and I'm TIRED! I've never sold a house before and maybe I'm worrying unnecessarily but I could use some prayer and /or good thoughts here. Thank you very much. It was the first house I looked at and I was in love with it. We looked at several more but I kept coming back to this one.
