Guest guest
Mine are spine, bones/teeth/fingernails/hair/skin, joints, lungs, breathing, memory, digestive mostly. Re: Re: Pain in arms and legs my weak areas seem to be the joints (i have extreme pain), some weight gain (22lbs), fatigue, and the brain fog. lately that seems worse. i'm incredibly forgetful and uncertain about almost everything. i don't seem to have lung issues other than exhaustion resulting in hard breathing. my blood pressure has elevated. my skin and hair are dry but not extremely so. b > yes. yes. yes. Guest guest
that is true. in fact, instructions on my b12 bottle say to take it sublingually. b > > My understanding from a diabetic friend is that B12 must be ingested > sublinguilly or it doesn't work otherwise. Guest guest
I have B12 mixed in with other Bs & nutrients like folic acid & selenium. Don't know if it's working if I don't ingest it sublinguilly tho. I never could find the B12 sublingual by itself. Guest guest
it's easy--they come in 50mg bottles (fairly small ones) at walgreens and such. about $5 or $6, so it's cheap. usually cherry flavoured or something, tiny pill that dissolves very fast under the tongue. ask an employee to get you one if you can't find it. b > > I have B12 mixed in with other Bs & nutrients like folic acid & > selenium.
