Fee...this is the way I am. Free T3 is over and Free T4 is in range. TSH is suppressed. And i'm not overweight either...a little soft...but not overweight. I'm at 4 1/2 grains and if I try to reduce it, other hypo symptoms come back. Cindi

Guest guest
TSH - supressed or not? Hi Fee, I have Hashi's and have a suppressed TSH also. Here's my last test 8/17/04 TSH <0.004 L uIU/mL 0.350 -5.500 T4 Free, Direct 1.21 ng/dL 0.61 - 1.76 T# Free, Serum 6.3 H ng/dL 2.3 - 4.2 I'm on 2 1/2 grains of Armour. My Doc is in his seventies and didn't bat an eye at these numbers, said they were normal for someone on Armour. He showed me how to tell if I was going Hyper by putting my arm out and laying a sheet of paper on it. If the paper shakes, you need to be tested as you may be going Hyper. I don't know how I lucked out getting this Doc (well actually, I got his name from 's Top Doc site). I'm only concerned he'll retire and leave me to all these TSH obsessed Doctors!
