Guest guest
I need some breakfast ideas. My son wants breakfast right away every morning, and i get so stressed out trying to fix him something while trying to get ready and get out the door. How and what can I do to help? Also, I am ready to try almond flour. Should i use the no- fenol or just see how it goes without. What if I see more sneezing etc.? Should I stop it if I don't see a behavioral change, only sinus change? Same with honey. These phenols are driving me insane. Also, what about raisins? Are the Sunmaid raisins okay, or are they coated with wheat or something? If so, what brand is legal? Thanks!
Guest guest
Tina, If you are ready to introduce nuts and phenols are a problem, I woudl not start with almonds. Try pecans, walnuts, macadamias, etc. Almonds are the highest in phenols. You can make muffins and freeze them. Then you just have to defrost them for breakfast. Pancakes freeze well. Quiche can be made the night before and warmed up in the morning. Boiled eggs, boiled and peeled the night before. If he's willing, he could just eat dinner's left-overs for breakfast. If you see typical allergy symptoms with any new foods, I would discontinue the item(s). Giving foods that cause allergy reactions only aggravates their immune systems.
