Guest guest Posted December 14, 2001 Report Share Posted December 14, 2001 Hi all, I have a quick question last night and this morning so far I am in quick a bit of pain in my lower back. I don't really get pain in this area it's normally in my neck and upper back. So the question is, have any of you suffered with pain in the lower back area, just above the sacrum, and it's shooting across my lower back. Now is this another symptom of ACM? or is this something else?. I can't think I have pulled a muscle?. When I got up this morning my head felt like it would explode with the pressure and I lost my balance and blacked out. I think my hubby freaked, but maybe I just fainted because of the pain my back? or maybe it was ACM?
