I take a sip of very cold water first. Then another big sip.. pop the pill.. swallow and sip my very cold water. Pills don't get stuck with me.. but Turkey... that is a whole 'nother story! They did say though to make sure it was calcium citrate, not one of the others. I'll be watching to see any suggestions.
