Guest guest
welcome back ! and I love your e-mail addy congrats on your degree and enjoy your " summer vacation " too Mikki Hi Everyone!Well, I think this is my third introduction - but every other time I've introduced myself life got crazy and I went back into lurk mode. I just graduated with my bachelor's degree, and am really enjoying the summer - I'm not currently working and its wonderful to have the chance to breathe again (and hopefully be more active on the boards). Anyway, in terms of IE, I've been working on it continuously and consciously since December 2007 - and less continuously and consciously since March 2007. In my last intro I mentioned that it was turning into a crazy semester - and it was insane. But, I got everything done and I'm pretty pleased with myself. The IE was fabulous until spring break, we took a cruise and lets just say I forgot what hunger felt like that week. Once I was back home though, it was much better. I'm also finding eating in social situations much less stressful - and more IE friendly. We went out for a friend's birthday, and everyone was competing to see who could eat most, and I was like " nuh-uh, not me, I like to enjoy my food. " I actually have at least three meals of leftovers staring me in the face right now - I may need to just throw it out. I want this to be positive, and I'm sure my difficulties will be revealed shortly, but this is getting long, so I think I'll end here. But before I end, its so awesome that so many of you are doing so well and I'm glad the forum is continuing to be so active. yay us!
