Hi All,

Just wanted to wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving, I'm off to Tahoe for the week to celebrate! I may even go skiing this year something I haven't done in 10 years do to the weight but then I may not if the conditions are not good but what a joy to be able to make the decision for myself instead of my fat making it for me! Now thats something to be truly thankful for! When I give thanks on Thursday this group will definetly be on my list. God bless you all.

I love how you put that - " what a joy to be able to make the decision

for myself instead of my fat making it for me. " I hadn't thought of it

that way - but that is how my life has been in the past. My size and

weight factored into what I did, where I'd go . . . just about every

decision I made. What a relief not to have to do that anymore.
