Guest guest
AH I have had a few pains in one knee this week. The weather changing is not helping. But compared to 3 years ago when I was eating a 400 bottle of aspirin every 2 months, I guess I still feel pretty good! Guest guest
Oh sorry about your knee, . What are you doing to help that? But it's encouraging to learn the Armour has been helping you so much. Can't wait for mine to arrive & start taking it & notice the differences. Guest guest
So far I am doing nothing for the knee but hot salt baths and an occasional aspirin. It is an old injury form horseback riding that got whacked again in a motorcycle accident, so it has a right to hurt when the weather changes. It is no where near as painful as my entire legs used to be though! Artistic Grooming Hurricane, West Virginia --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Guest guest
Oh yes...those old injuries do come back to haunt us in colder weather. It happens every winter for me too. I'm having a hard time getting myself to take my daily hot salt baths now tho with the heating system off. Hope the power company service person gets here today as promised to check it & make it work again. It's noon now & still no sign of them. My little space heater just isn't enough & it's getting colder by the day here. I've been sitting in my little office for hours this morning with the space heater on in here & my feet, hands & nose are still too cold & achey.
