Hello to all,

I know that this info is somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. I

know I can buy almond flour from Lucy's, but what about other types of

flours. such as pecan or hazelnut flour.

Also has anyone tried the hazelnut meal from Trader Joes or any of the

nut butters from Trader Joes? Thanks.

I always get cashew butter from Trader Joes. The cost is good and it

tastes great.

My Trader Joes (Plainview, NY) sells cashew butter made with roasted

cashews. It is delicious, but I thought it was not SCD legit.
