Guest guest
Hi . Severe breast pain is usually due to estrogen dominance. If that's the case, you can be helped with a small amount of progesterone cream rubbed right on the breasts daily. Also, if you have estrogen dominance, it can bind some of your thyroid hormones. Guest guest
Hi , I'm new here. I have a little experience with progesterone to share. The good news is you can't OD on progesterone cream. If you take too much, you get sleepy and that's about it. The reason that's good news is if your doctor won't test you, you can safely do your own " clinical trial " of progesterone cream. Just start using 1/4 teaspoon of it at bedtime from the 14th to the 26th day of your cycle (where day one is the first day of your period) and see if it helps. Sometimes it takes a few months to see results, though I personally got relief in just two weeks. A very informative book on this subject is What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Menopause by R. Lee MD. The title is somewhat misleading--there's useful information for any woman over 35 or so. He even discusses the connection between estrogen dominance (progesterone deficiency) and hypothyroidism. Very interesting stuff. wrote: > The first 2 months on thyroid meds PMS breast pain went away! Now > it's back 2 months. HELP! It went completely away and now it's back > just as painful. Guest guest
Sounds like you need an increase in your Armour, to me. Estrogen Dominance Syndrome causes this, IMHO. I do the progesterone cream, but make sure it is u.s.p, as in reprocessed in the lab to exactly match our own natural progesterone and able to be absorbed through the skin. I do the Sarati that I got from www.heranswer.com, (appropriately named, I might say!).
