Guest guest
Are these drop cookies? I mean, do you drop spoonfuls of batter onto the cookie sheet? Or do you spread the batter evenly onto a pan and then cut them once they've baked and hardened? Guest guest
Perhaps we should give credit for the recipe (I realize the poster probably did not know it came from a book, she got it from someone else) - it comes from Lucy's Cookbook. I make it all the time with oil (4T) Works great. When I double it, I only use 7T oil, maybe 1/2 c honey, and double everything else. These are a staple in my house. We keep them in the freezer, but you don't have to. -- Sue, mom to Adam (6, ASD), and (9, n/t, gut issues) SCD 8 months

Guest guest
Thanks for the advice on doubling. Here's another question: Do you drop the cookies by spoonful onto the cookie sheet, or do you wait until after baking to cut them into shapes?
