Guest guest
As already stated, there are two reasons why someone is not tolerating Armour---sluggish adrenals, and/or low Ferritin. If you have sluggish adrenals, you will need to stop the Armour, get on optimal adrenal support for a week or two or more if needed, then resume the Armour while continuing adrenal support. If you have low Ferritin, you need to get on strong iron support. For example, I took Ferrous Sulfate, 325 mg. tabs, 2-3 times a day in order to get my Ferritin up. Only then was I able to continue my rise of Armour. It was at 2 grains where I had problems; Jamy had problems at 30 mgs. You don't have to stop Armour---just stop where you are, and improve the iron, which can take many weeks. Janie > > What does it mean when you can't tolerate taking armour? Guest guest
And I should have added--some folks simply have to start VERY low, like 1/4 grain, and go up in VERY small doses, to allow their bodies to adjust. And ALWAYS divide your daily doses..two or more times a day. Janie > > > > What does it mean when you can't tolerate taking armour? Could > > something else be going on in the picture?
