Guest guest
Kim, As you eliminate all these illegals, you're going to see some serious die-off. Do you do epsom salts baths? Patti Re: probiotics Q again!! WEll all the more reason to get rid of his green algea it has bifidus in it I did not know that. Today is the first day he has been with out it. Guest guest
Hi Kim, Here is a repost of my experience with bifidum, " I have personal experience with bifidum. For a long time I was using a local starter that contained bifidum. I was very " green " back then and only checked to see if there were no illegal ingredients and didn't look at the bacterial strains listed (in teeny tiny print) After a few months I started having inexplicable problems. After suggestions on what to look for I discovered the bifidum - I was less than impressed. I cut out the bifidum yogurt but that was not enough, I ended up on a *very* basic diet for months. Eventually I was able to re-introduce properlymade yogurt with the correct strains. Things are much better now. " And here is a further link to check out http://lyris.dundee.net/read/messages?id=211521#211521 Sheila > > Elaine doesn't like it because it tends to overgrow and cause > problems.
