Kim,

Try white vinegar. It worked for Crayons on the linoleum, just last night. LOL

OT--Crayon on Walls

From: TATKAT1@...

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to removed crayon from walls? I've

tried toothpaste (didn't work for me) & lighter fluid (worked somewhat). I

really need to get my daughter's room straightened up, and the walls are my

first priority. Any suggestiones would be helpful. Thanks!

Kim :)

Have you tried using a blow dryer to heat it, then using windex to wipe it

off?? Or- and I've only heard of this working on clothing. Put a clean white

t-shirt over the mark, and ironing over it. The crayon will transfer to the

shirt.

Good luck!! Let me know if you ever get it out!

Tammy,

I use a paper towel and a low heat iron to remove wax from the carpet. Works

like a charm

use a heat gun or hair dryer and wipe when it starts to melt.

There is also a non toxic stuff called " Goo Gone " that you can get at Walmart

near the cleaning supplies. It works really good. Not really sure if it

works for crayons b/c I haven't had the joy of experiencing that YET!!!

LOL just wait :). Right now, I have a lot of artistic work on my walls, and

my two youngest (almost 4 and 21 mos.) draw just as much on themselves,

especially with magic marker, than anything else. The funny thing is that,

when they first learn how to *really* write letters of the alphabet or their

names, writings on the walls (and other places) crop up all the time!!!
