Hi ...

At one point I went through the same thing. I'd go weeks feeling great

and then something would happen that would give me that little scare...

like not being able to even bend over without falling or not being able

to pick something up that I had been doing for a month or so. The sad

part is I still go through those bouts. I'm not sure, but maybe it's

our bodies telling us that it needs a rest and that it's not ready for

full steam ahead. Your scrubbing the pot and your arm got like jello

is all to familiar to me. I get that a lot and it's the one thing that

drives me crazy the most. If my legs get like that, which they do, I

can sit down. But, if my arms get tired I can't do anything else but

sit and stare out the window. I've noticed that if I really get into

something that requires muscle power my arms turn to mush. I get the

feeling I've asked to much of them and boy, they stay weak for hours

upon hours..... I know with you it's much different because you just

can't stop what you're doing and sit and rest.... I can and so far it's

the only saving grace I have. After a few days resting I'm back to

doing all that I can.

My guess is your labs will be normal. I know you already realize that

this disease takes time and patients and it's very hard at times to

really understand it....I know it is for me at times. Just when you

think you have all your ducks in a row something happens.

Hang in there and it will get better but until then soak that pot until

the next morning and save that strength....

Take care,

Vicki
