Guest guest Posted September 7, 2006 Report Posted September 7, 2006 With already having experienced a problem with my pancreas, I wonder now if I am going to have to have mine removed. ----------------- That article also scared me and I printed it out to discuss with the surgeon if I ever get that far (I have my screening appointment in late October ... so far away). But I have a question ... can you live without a pancreas? I thought you couldn't. That it was like the liver ... without it you die. So the full or partial removal of it mentioned in that article really puzzled me. Does anyone know?
