Gyoza is a like a dumpling. I believe it is Chinese but is often served at

Japanese restaurants too. There are deep fried and pan seared varieties. I

loved the pan seared variety best. They usually are stuffed with ground pork,

onions, and garlic. I couldn't get enough of these when I lived in Japan. You

dip them in a mixture of sesame oil and soy sauce. Now I'm getting really

hungry, better go find something healthy to eat.
