Patti -- just ordered these for myself when I got the yogurt maker. They

may be a little hard for kids to swallow. They're not that big, but because

they're not coated, I found them a little hard to get down. Needed a few

big gulps of water to get them off my tongue. Jane

I never think about the swallowing factor since I always have to grind up

tablets or open capsules and mix in food for Katera. Might be a good source for

someone that was prepared to do that anyway. I'm STILL waiting for my yogurt

maker to show up. UPS says it's expected arrival date is the 11th...... it's

been three weeks, I think! (But i got a good price! :))

Elaine likes the Freeda vitamins..... www.freedavitamins.com . They make an

SCD legal multi.

Check out the www.pecanbread.com website for additional info about

supplements.... go there and click the " supplements " link for a list of legal

Kirkman products and other brands for enzymes, probiotics, etc.

ferrous or inorganic mineral forms of iron like inorganic copper is

very reactive and a considerable oxidative burden

the natural haem iron in meat and liver is naturally passivated.

there are no aequate multi mineral/vitamin packages imo except

possibly some b only multi's which you have to cut down.

large infrequent dosing of vitamin c is toxic and there are big

differences in quality, i am finding the ester c ok.
