Guest guest
1. Proper detox. 2. Vitamin E plus flax oil plus magnesium. 3. Try getting a second vision therapy doctor's opinion - not all dotors are equivalent, some are better, some are worse, and even among the good ones they may know different things and maybe your kid just needs something different. 4. Adequate amounts of vitamin A, 500 to 1000 IU per pound of kid per day. Not as carotenes. Carotenes aren't really vitamin A. My son was able to keep his place much better when reading when we started this. He started vision therapy just before Christmas. He's working hard and we are seeing gains with spelling and ball skills. He takes lots of supplements besides CLO and I have noticed that he can't do the exercises if he misses the supplements. We're not talking about small differences here, it's like one day he does well and a day or two later he can't focus his eyes to save his life. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think viral problems can also cause visual problems. At least that's one thing Vit A is supposed to help. [ ] visual issues My 10 year old son has such a hard time keeping his eyes on the words when he is reading. He keeps losing his place. We did a year of vision therapy and he is still having problems. He goes for reading at school and after school for reading 3 days a week. Does anyone have any suggestions? Are there any supplements that may help? We have been chelating for almost a year and last weekend I did the vitamin A megadosing although I only did between 200,000 and 300,000 IUs. Will the vitamin A help with this problem? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Pam, mother of a frustrated reader =======================================================

If you want to do " the vitamin A protocol " , you need to give more than that. Info here http://www.danasview.net/vitamina.htm Giving at least a little of the vitamin A as CLO can be helpful, for the EFAs. This *can* help the problem, altho it might not. Depends on why your child has this problem. Good luck. Dana
