Guest guest
First patient, doc dictates: She is started on Miacalcin " q.o.h.s. " I can not document " q.o.h.s. " but he clearly dictates it this way. Is it a correct abbreviation, and if so, what does it mean? Second patient, doc dictates: Refilled " Tussi DS. " This is for a 21-month-old. I cannot document it. Any help is appreciated! ****************************************** Karla Hilbourn, 47/VA I.C. - 2 years Family Practice www.karlascozycorner.homestead.com ****************************************** _________________________________________________________________ Tired of spam?
