Guest guest
Whats the best way to uset he ground nuts left over from making milk. I use almonds and save the nuts, but if I make brownies, it's so dry it's hard to swallow, I need to drink water with it. What recipes do you use it in? and Hudson SCD 2 months

Guest guest
Hi and Hudson, > Whats the best way to uset he ground nuts left over from making milk. > I use almonds and save the nuts, but if I make brownies, it's so dry > it's hard to swallow, I need to drink water with it. What recipes do > you use it in? Actually Elaine does not like us to use it. When you make the milk what you are getting left in the residue is way to much fiber. She is concerned because it is a concentrated hit of fiber that will feed the bad gut bugs. That's probably why it is difficult to swallow - it's missing it's natural oils which are now in the nut milk. Guest guest
Hi , Elaine doesn't like us to use the nut milk residue ; it is too much concentrated fiber that will feed the harmful bacteria. WOW! Thanks! I haven't used them on the diet yet, since we aren't to nut milk yet, but I used to give him the nut milk residue pancakes all the time on gfcf. Thanks for the clarification!
