But if the person you see for deep tissue massage has a private

space, ask them if you can yell at your body!!!! It was amazing how

that also aided in releasing the tightness that always seemed to

cause the sore muscles.

, I have a friend who does Neuro feedback and she told me that

yelling or " primal " screaming is a huge muscle stress release as well

as mental stress. I am going to be starting a de-tox diet soon and I

hope that message and that can help me with these nasty trigger spots.
