Hi, !

When I have some tomato slices around, I put it on the toast, then top it with the slice of cheese. The cheese melts over the tomato, and it is easy to eat that way, too. I love to have the grilled cheese and tomato as an open sandwich - with a little dab of Guiden's Brown Mustard on top.
