I called them Monday afternoon and I actually received them today. Let me know if you need the number I used and I'll be glad to give it to you. Carla P.S. I called this number and simply told the person that I talked to the problem I was having with them sticking and they referred me to the right person. This person went through a list of questions on making sure I was applying them correctly...ex. no lotion or soap before, dry skin, pressing for at least 30 sec. So basically I told them that I did all of these things and they set me up with these cover ups for the patches which are what are used in a hospital to cover IV's. You will have to give them a number off of your Duragesic precscription box so have that with you. With this delivery I just received today (50) there is a form that I fill out 3 weeks before I need more of them. Best thing about it is they are free. I'm wearing one now and it works great.
