I'm just starting on it he had me at 900 a day for a week. I didn't know what was going on. Now he is increasing it to 300 every 3 days to a total of 1800. This may not make sense blame it on the neurontin. It's frustrating but I think once the bod gets used to it. it acomidates it. You take care . Guest guest Posted October 10, 2004 Report Share Posted October 10, 2004 When I started taking Neurontin, I was up to 2700mg in 2 weeks.....and was on it for almost 2 1/2 months...... The fogginess, lack of concentration and everything never did go away for me, but got worse instead. Be very careful while taking it. If it doesn't seem to disappear within a week or two once you get on a set dose, tell your doctor what is going on and tell him that it isn't helping you.
