I am still up. It is just now 10pm. The kids are both in bed. They went to

a Bday party today. I stayed home and hubby took them. I wasn't feeling

well and it was really hot. I think vicki wore me out yesterday. : ). We

had a very nice day and a nice drive and only got lost once again. My fault.

She told me to go one way and I said it was wrong. should have listened to

V! But we were pretty early anyways and didn't want to be too early so we

sat in the car and yapped for about 15 minutes so we were only 15 minutes

early instead of 1/2 hour. The lady, Bev, was a real sweetie and a very

talented artist. She had paintings throughout her home that she had done and

they were amazing.

Then, as Vicki said, we stopped at Walmart where she had left her car and

did some shopping. I spent too much as usual but had Vicki help me pick out

some vitamins. So my daughter and I are going to share them since she has a

bone disease. We will both take the condrointen and the calcium. I also

bought the Vitamin E. Good to have someone like miss Vicki looking out for

ya!!

I am sure everything will work out well with your son's college...

I am hoping everything will go well with my tests this week. YES, the

waiting is the hardest. I have never been able to wait for anything. I was

the child that found the christmas gifts every year, opened them all and then

bribed the siblings to tell them what they were getting or bribe them NOT to

tell them!! I was a stinker..My family still doesn't trust me too well to

send my gifts early. But, I do wait now, but they are all pretty nice and

send me stuff that is not wrapped in addition to wrapped so that I can have

something right away!! hehe.

Ha, Vicki! College stress rash- good one, and a good bet Too late

for him to get in smaller school now- what he wants is pretty

specialized, so that does leave a lot out. If we can get thru the

first year, then he might be able to get lots more in

scholarships/grants.... here's hoping and praying.

Zanna, by now I hope you're sleeping soundly.... it's the waiting

and wondering that's so hard, isn't it? Will be thinking of you and

your tests.

Lynn, great sites. I've been to some of them before, but had

forgotten them. Thought the ANA site was great- especially how

doctors try to determine whether something is fibromyalgia or

autoimmune. That was of great interest to me. How do I fit in,

considering I have had the definite autoimmine disease in the past,

yet now have what seems to be fibro, but with other

autoimmune " signals? " THAT'S my quandary, and I'm not sure I've yet

seen a doctor who really takes that seriously or who is seriously

interested...lol. I have some symptoms of several- rashes, Raynaud's,

telangiectsias (sp), etc. But, this afternoon I worked outdoors. I

trimmed up flower beds some, dug up part of veggie garden, etc. Sheer

determination! And trying to work off that " college stress. " Oh boy

did I hurt and stiff as all get out. Husband said I overdid and would

pay for it, and he's probably right. I still don't understand why my

hands get some swelling and are stiff when I use them like that, and

why the rest of the body reacts the way it does. Just do not get it

at all. I DID take a Vioxx later.
