Guest guest Posted April 13, 2002 Report Share Posted April 13, 2002 Hi ..... So far the last CTscan showed scarring has remained the same but I will go in for a new HCTscan soon. That will tell them if there are new scars or not. One thing I have read about Enbrel is that if you go off the drug for a while then get back on it... It's not as affective and the second year on the drug is not as affective either... Hmmm, I hope they're wrong about that. I'll have to find the article again and re-read it. If that's correct, that may be the reason all of this is happening. Either way, PF is not nice to have. Most everything I've read states a max of 6 yrs from when you're diagnosed. At least my doctor is starting the process early on before I get too bad. Last night I woke up around 1am.... I had a dream I was on the operating table and they were having such a hard time putting in my new lung. They finally had to incase most of the lung in a plastic baggie and leave it on the outside of my body. When I woke up I said... " Oh my gosh, where did you get this HUGE lung " ... the doctor smiled at me as if he was so proud and said... " An Elephant had passed away at the San Diego Zoo " .... That's when I woke up...
