it takes me four hours to make SCD chicken soup. You can turn the tomato

juice a bit higher but watch that it doesn't splatter. I add a few drops of

honey and vinegar to my ketchup and sometimes even a whole clove of garlic which

I later discard.

SCD ketchup and mayo--the best! Mix 'em together- Russian Dressing.

Who says, " There's no other kinds once you've tasted Heinz? "

It must have been . LOL!

Do you have to cook it that long? My son is happy with the product

of about 45 monutes worth of cook time.

You can try making it in a large skillet (on low so you don't have tomato

spatters everywhere)...... the tomato juice will be a shallower depth, but

spread over a larger area (am I making sense? :))...... so the liquid will

evaporate out faster as it cooks down.

That's fine kathleen. I forgot toi specify to cook it uncovered as that

condenses it best.

I do small amounts at a time as i don't use it mich and only need about 15

minutes.
