Guest guest
, I am not planning to do the into part either. Just jumping right in for time issues. We are in the same boat as you (gut/metals) but since you are already seeing improvements I would think you would just need to make sure the diet is rounded out because his fancy for fruit. I am interested on hearing what the rest of the peanut gallery has to say... Please keep us posted on Buttar, we are using metal free with iv glut. at this point and I would like to give the TD a go. Marla Clinical tests do indicate Leaky Gut and metals in his system are a problem. While on the SCD, he does have a penchant for eating the raw fruits. Given ph's current situation is it necessary to go back and do the intro diet. In the following week he will start Dr. Rashid Buttar's chelation protocol to address the issues with lead and mercury. Guest guest
Welcome!!! Lots of parents do not do the intro diet, it isn't necessary. But definately keep it in the back of your head should you hit some kind of road block or plateau. It's a great way to boost SCD when it seems as if progression has stopped for a time or if that yeast doesn't seem to want to go away. Also if you suspect food sensitivities, the intro can give you a clean slate to reintroduce foods to test to see if they get a negative reaction. Watch out for the raw fruit though. It's really hard to digest and even though you're not doing the intro, using all cooked, peeled fruit and veggies may give you a better start. Good luck! Guest guest
I just joined 2 days ago. If someone is available - what's the intro diet? (2 days into SCD diet and great results with BMs) Re: intro SCD Welcome!!! Lots of parents do not do the intro diet, it isn't necessary.
