Guest guest
Let me guess, you walked for 20 minutes. . . Have you tried making kool-aid with any sbd approved sweetners? I am still very leary about Stevia. Joe Time to walk OK, It's time for my 20-minute walk on the treadmill. Got my Walkman ready. Will report back when done. Guest guest
OK, I'm back from my 1-mile, 20-minute walk. See, that wasn't so bad! Guest guest
Yep, 20 minutes. I try to do it every day, but sometimes it doesn't happen. I tried Splenda one time and didn't like it. I never liked NutraSweet either. I won't debate the reasons I now don't use either. Let's just say I read up on the products. Stevia was originally South Beach approved but was removed from the list later on. I can only speculate as to why and my hunch is that it was done for " political " reasons. Are you afraid you won't like stevia or are you concerned about health ramifications? If it's the latter, you can spend hours researching all of the sweeteners and draw your own conclusion from the tons of data this is out there. Everyone would really be wise to do just that anyway. It's all just a Google search away. Keep the faith. Chuck RE: Time to walk > > Let me guess, you walked for 20 minutes. . . > > Have you tried making kool-aid with any sbd approved sweetners? Guest guest
Living in Australia I buy Splenda tablets ar the supermarket. For cooking/ baking I have been using xylitol. No after taste. The recipe for the 3 minute chocolate cake has been a lifesaver in this house. I even tried the PB version...DH loved it, I'm ambivalent.
