[The recipe for making the nut yoghurt is on the pecanbread site,

under recipes and then scroll down a bit till 'N' for nut milk etc.

As soon as the nut milk + yoghurt starter are in the container to

ferment for 8 hours, you set your timer/watch at 1 hour. You then

stir - by hand - gently - with a whisk - the yoghurt. After another

hour, repeat this. Then after another hour, repeat again. I think 3

stirs are enough.

By stirring gently, you mix both the nut milk again (this always

separates) and the honey (will sink to the bottom a bit).

We made cashew yogurt last week, according to Marjan's revised

instructions. It turned out great!
