Guest guest
I've had that cramping too. Hasn't happened in the car, thank goodness--just when I'm in my office (the recliner) and for some reason I point my foot down. Didn't matter what level of pred I've been on. I haven't had it to the extent you have though. Sometimes trying to stretch it helps a little but usually it just has to pass. For the coldness, first a question. Can't remember---do you have Raynaud's? I do, and when my legs/feet get cold (not hard to do) sometimes they stay " cold " feeling inside--skin may be fairly warm--for hours. Not like the achy, burning feeling when muscles are tired or overused. I use heat on them in the form of a microwaveable pad I got at Target several years ago and also wrap a nice old wool blanket around them. I think next year I'm going to get one of those smaller electric blankets. I've had this sensation happen to me 3 times this past week. Lelia from brrrrrrland again (not above freezing yesterday--almost 70 Saturday) Terrible for newborn calves to have so warm one day and so cold the next---and this is calving season.
