" No. You need to get dried kidney beans, soak them overnight according to the directions in BTVC and then cook them the next day for the amount of time on the bag. Different beans require different cooking times. Do NOT add salt while they cook. Once they are done, you can salt them if you want. " You shouldn't need to resort to ordering online unless there are no grocery stores in your area. Just ask at the customer service desk about where to find dried beans. Regular grocery stores stock lots of different types of dried beans. But I just want to make sure you know that legal beans should NOT be used until all digestive issues are under control.
