Hi Everyone

something wrong, as his poops are better but not consistent.

Thanks

Kathleen.

Some brands of salt contain dextrose. It's in tiny amounts but it's there. Many

of us like Baleine's Sea Salt from France. I do not know if the one you are

asking about is legal.

Elaine has stated that we should not be concerned about the minute amount of

dextrose in salt. She is more concerned that we should be sure to be using

iodized salt...... because iodine is an essential nutrient that most people get

plenty of in a " standard American diet " that includes canned foods, etc......

and we don't on SCD, unless we use iodized salt. I know Hain makes an iodized

natural sea salt. You might want to check Elaine's website,

www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info for further information about salt...... look

in the " Knowledge Base " under " S " .
