She is more concerned that we should be sure to be using iodized salt...... because iodine is an essential nutrient that most people get plenty of in a " standard American diet " that includes canned foods, etc...... and we don't on SCD, unless we use iodized salt. I know Hain makes an iodized natural sea salt.
