Allergy update

I just wanted to let you all know that Sam has been doing great since

I pulled lemon, grapefruit and cantaloupe from his diet this past

week. I tried limeade this week and that went well. I can't seem to

find organic lemons or cantaloupe though, but will try again after

allergy season calms down some.

I noticed the other day that a third serving of Peanut butter caused a

reaction too. He gets very aggressive with scary violent thoughts and

ideas. He did this when he was eating the lemons..etc. too. Lots of

talk about a pumpkins in his head telling him to do bad stuff and his

*men* talking to him in his head. Also he talked alot about his brain

going black and not being pink anymore. The next day (post pb) he was

fine. It's very strange and I'd be concerned if it wasn't so obviously

linked to a food sensitivity. It's also accompanied by an increase in

defiance and absolutely no interest in doing anything independently.

This started in August too, so it must be some kind of cross reaction

with the ragweed...etc.

We have an initial consult with an accupressurist next week to see

what we can do for Sam's allergies. The emotional aspect of them is

too troubling to not try something for him.

Thanks for all the great ideas after my ragweed rant!

I feel like I have my sweet boy back!
