You might need to go a little longer. If it's medium-bad I do the same thing with oil of oregano. And he gets 4 pellets of Lauricidin, at least 1 Candex before bed every night, and if I think of it I give him No-Fenol between meals. I won't say the yeast/bacteria is gone, but so far it seems to be manageable during chelation this way. Nell
Guest guest
Hi everyone! Hope everyone had a happy holidays! I have a question re: my 5 year old. He hasn't been the same since about the 10th round of ALA. He is stimming horribly, giggling, and just doesn't seem himself. I know I have seen posts where some of you have gone through the same thing at this point in the chelation. Does it get better with additional rounds or does it just keep getting worse and worse? I know it is probably yeast or bacteria but I really hate to take a break b/c he started saying words after only the first round with ALA. He also can count to twenty and is really starting to say so many words. We have grapefruit seed extract but I am only giving it to him 1 drop the first day after his round. Should I give it to him after the first day? Also, he takes 1 capsule of Culturelle a day. Should I up this? We also have a prescription for Diflucan for him to take 1 capsule every other day. We haven't used it yet. Does this dosage sound correct or should I just break the dose in half every day? I would be grateful for any suggestions. Otherwise, he is such a sweet, loving little boy who always wants hugs. Thanks! Jean
Guest guest
Thanks for the information. I certainly have a lot to talk to the doctor about. > > In a message dated 1/7/04 6:40:28 PM, Krumenacker@r... writes: > > << We have grapefruit seed extract but I am only giving it to him 1 drop > > the first day after his round. This sounds like yeast for my son, or perhaps eating a food or supplement he did not tolerate. > Does it get better with additional rounds or does it just keep > getting worse and worse?
