I am right with you! What's the big deal?? I honestly do not get it!!! I

really don't! I just don't understand. To tell you the truth...that I can

remember...I've only ever " noticed " one other mother breastfeeding her child

in public. And I am sure that had I been paying attention, I would've

noticed many others...but you know what??? I am not paying attention!! Why

are all these people staring??? Didn't their mother tell them it's not polite

to stare!!!!!! LOL

PS -- I breastfeed in public on a regular basis...restaurants, parks,

other peoples houses, where ever I am with my baby.

(And by the way -- I don't do it to prove a point -- I do it cuz my baby's

fussing for her lunch!) there's my 2 cents!

Well said Jenn! you took the words right out of my mouth. I have two older boys,

who I'm ashamed to say were'nt nursed and I certainly wish now that I had. My

Chelsea is almost five months now and I can't imagine not nursing her but I

think outside influence has alot to do with a womans choice to breastfeed. If

only everyone could see BREASTS for what they where actually intended for I

don't think women would be as hesitant to use them.
